It all begins with an idea. You have something you want made and you reach out to us to scope out if its possible and how much it might cost. We will respond to you in a couple days with a few questions to narrow down on the idea and try and give you a rough quote.
If it costs more than you had planned that is totally fine, we are still glad you reached out. If you are happy with the quote we will ask for a 30-50% deposit to cover materials and then get started.
Once its done we will send you photos and if you are happy with it we will ask for the rest of the quoted amount and ship it. If you aren’t happy with the pictures, we may be able to make small changes to fix it or sometimes we will redo it completely (this may occur additional costs).
